Job Location: Louisville, KY

Summary:

As a** **Support Technician, you'll be tasked with assisting more senior technicians with installations and/or servicing of residential and/or commercial customers as required. Responsibilities also include a willingness and ability to learn, organizational skills and effective communications.

What You'll Do:

Assist experienced technicians with installations and/or servicing:

• Demonstrate the ability to learn and retain information for future use.

• Employ basic logic skills and ability to walk through a simple issue to resolution.

• Utilize hand tools and basic power tools.

• Keep job site clean & organized so work can be performed in the safest manner possible, and tools and equipment can be found quickly.

• Interact with and communicate with peers, manager, and customers effectively.

What You'll Need:

• HS diploma or equivalent - required.

• No industry experience required. Receives skills and training from management, peers, and training curriculum.

Certification/License:

• State licensing is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Communication:

• Must be able to effectively communicate with various individuals in a professional manner in order to provide superior customer service.

Technical:

• Must be able to understand technical functionality of various systems learned on-line and/or via hands-on instruction.
