Co-Founder & CEO
Joe brings more than 30 years of experience in the electronic security industry, working across multiple segments of the market. His career includes leadership roles as an integrator, SaaS executive, and manufacturer, with experience spanning both hardware and software solutions across the security ecosystem. Having worked directly with integrators, technology vendors, and enterprise security teams, Joe has seen firsthand how fragmented hiring can be across the industry. HireSecurityTalent was founded to bring greater visibility and connection between the companies building security solutions and the professionals who power them.
Noel Glacer
Co-Founder & CEO
Noel brings more than 25 years of experience as a recruiter dedicated to the electronic security industry running Recruit Group as CEO. Throughout his career he has worked closely with integrators, manufacturers, and security technology companies to help them identify and recruit talent across technical, operational, and leadership roles. His deep understanding of hiring patterns and talent pipelines across the security industry plays a central role in shaping the HireSecurityTalent platform.
